Time Locks Explained

If you have been banned by Voodoo for a minor offence, when you come to the main store to get unbanned you may find you have been Time Locked. This is a new addition to our systems with the aim of making us more efficient in dealing with genuine support issues, and deterring repeat offenders.

The first time you are Time Locked, you will automatically be unlocked 24 hours later, and be able to unban yourself as normal in the Voodoo main store. Each subsequent time you're Time Locked, the locking period will increase by 24 hours.

During the period of a Time Lock you will be unable to create or reply to Voodoo support tickets.

Please observe the rules to avoid being Time Locked. If you're unsure why you keep getting Time Locked you should seek advice from Voodoo Support after the lock has expired.
